I sell 400 pieces in three days and I still don't want to make a bigger collection

Vendo 400 piezas en tres días y aun así no quiero hacer una colección más grande

We live in an era where everything happens too fast. Trends change in the blink of an eye and information overload bores us with the same speed. Today something fascinates us and tomorrow we are already looking for the next thing: a new color, a new combination, another piece. Although it can be exhausting, this dynamic helped me understand, almost intuitively, the true essence of SHE.

The key was never to make massive collections. The key was always to create small capsules, with few pieces, at accessible prices, and curated personally by me. There was no grand strategy planned from day one or a rigid business plan; everything just flowed project after project.

SHE was born from a conversation in Madrid

SHE came to life during a chat in Madrid with two friends who know this market very well. They suggested I launch my own collection, and from the very first second, the idea sparked something inside me. I felt it made all the sense in the world.

For years I shared my way of dressing, my mixes, and how I understand fashion. My community constantly asked me where a certain garment was from or how I would style it. I didn’t want to limit myself to just putting my name on a label; I wanted to get involved in every detail, choose every texture, and make sure it was something I would actually wear. I wanted them to feel like they were stepping directly into my closet.

“Growing doesn’t always mean producing more; sometimes it just means doing things much better.”

Was it a stroke of luck?

The first capsule sold out in a few days and the response overwhelmed us. The first time it might seem like luck, but when the phenomenon repeats itself capsule after capsule, it is no longer a coincidence: it is trust.

The women who buy SHE know that behind every garment there is a clear intention. I don’t seek to saturate a website with hundreds of options, but rather to offer pieces with personality, easy to integrate, and that will allow you to renew your style without transforming your entire closet.

Accessible fashion as an act of self-love.

Another non-negotiable standard for SHE is the price. Good taste should not be an exclusive privilege for those who pay fortunes. To look elegant, modern, and have presence, you don't need to spend a fortune; you need to learn how to choose, combine, and wear your clothes with confidence.

Clothes don't solve life, but they definitely change the posture with which you walk into a room. There are days when a garment helps you lift your gaze, straighten your back, and reconnect with that version of yourself you had left forgotten.

Three truths to reconcile with your closet:

  1. Your body does not have to adapt to the clothes: Your body doesn't ask your clothes for permission to exist; clothing should accompany and flatter you today.

  2. Don’t wait for the "perfect moment": You don't have to wait to lose weight, to have a special event, or to get back the body you had ten years ago to dress well. Your life is happening now.

  3. Dressing for yourself: Sometimes we dress just to fulfill expectations (at work, for the kids, or for the routine). Dressing well is also a space to remember that you are still here, that you can play, take risks, and surprise yourself.

The true success of SHE

For me, success is not just boasting that we sold 400 pieces in 72 hours. What truly fills me with pride is what that figure represents: a community of women who trusted my vision, who dare to step out of their comfort zone, and who have started playing with their image again.

I don’t want to speed up the pace or turn SHE into a gigantic corporation at the cost of losing its soul. I prefer to preserve the excitement of the first day, maintain limited production, and take care of every detail with the respect my community deserves.

Because not everything successful has to become massive; there are projects that become powerful precisely because they protect their essence.
